We sell digital files delivered instantly, so they cannot be "returned" the way physical goods can — as a rule, all sales are final. But if something is genuinely wrong with your order (broken file, duplicate purchase, paid but no access), email us and we will fix it or refund you. We would much rather solve your problem than argue about a few dollars.
By completing a purchase you agree to immediate delivery of your digital files: they become available in your Download Center as soon as the payment is confirmed. Under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU), by consenting to immediate delivery of digital content you acknowledge that the 14-day right of withdrawal no longer applies once delivery has begun. This is stated at checkout before you pay.
Reply to your order confirmation email or write to helpdesk@adorableapplique.com within 30 days of the purchase. Include your order number (it is in the confirmation email and on My Orders) and a short description of the problem. For stitch-quality issues, a photo of the stitch-out helps us fix the file for everyone.
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method (PayPal). We issue them promptly; depending on PayPal and your bank, the money typically arrives within 5–10 business days. When a purchase is refunded, the corresponding designs are removed from your Download Center.
Please contact us first — almost every problem is faster to solve by email than through a dispute. Opening a PayPal dispute or card chargeback without contacting us may suspend your account's download access while the dispute is investigated.
