I am really contemplating buying this design it looks so beautiful, but I am afraid I may encounter the same problems and then I have no backup support team to help me.

I have also contacted the support team. Not for this design but for something else. They are not very helpful and they really don't get back to you when you have a problem. Its such a pity cause this is really a lovely embroidery site.

This design doesn't work! I've tried it several times and when the number of stitches comes to 4940 it starts "to chew" the fabric! Very disappointing! I've contact the support team. No answer!
