A second option that may be even faster would be to download whatever format you are able and then if you do not have an embroidery software program, you can go to EmbroideryDesigns under Freebies then Format Conversion and they will change 5 design forma

I will recommend what worked for me, contact TEST through the cute embroidery community forum/ inbox, being sure to specify which of the sites you are having problems with and all the details so she can try to sort things out. She is the owner. Very busy
