cant download wat did all you do did they fix it
Could you please correct this stat! I originally purchased it in Dec last year and even repurchased it at full price to still not be able to download it. I submitted a ticket ID#EAK-785-96951 but still not fixed.I want to use the se to make a baby quilt &

I've written to them MANY TIMES and they still have not fixed the problem over the past week. What HORRIBLE customer service. I won't be buying from them again.

I hope you get your problem fixed so I can download design 1218443. I leave in 10 days for 4 months and won't get back to this so hopefully you can get it fixed before I leave as I would like to have this design too.
